Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and process orders with precision
- Document interactions in CRM system while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless customer handoffs
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time)
- Identify process improvements and escalate complex issues
- Participate in weekend team training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience (remote preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm or 10am-7pm)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Positive attitude with solution-oriented mindset
