Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate product information and guide customers through service options.
- Document all customer interactions and account changes accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or upsell products.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service environment is a plus but not required for this immediate hire event.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, friendly demeanor.
