Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and service updates to clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance metrics and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in business or communications is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Proficiency with computers and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
