Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Manage high-volume customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems efficiently and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Update Records: Accurately log all customer interactions and account details into our CRM systems.
- Follow Scripts: Adhere to company guidelines and scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
- Escalate Complex Issues: Identify when a situation requires management and escalate it appropriately.
- Meet KPIs: Consistently achieve daily and weekly performance metrics for call handling and quality scores.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to navigate web browsers and internal software.
- Internet Connection: Stable high-speed internet is required for remote roles (Virginia).
