Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests professionally and efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions to resolve issues.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate customer records in our internal database systems.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-service concerns.
- Adherence: Follow call scripts and quality assurance guidelines to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not mandatory (Paid Training provided).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with computers and basic software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
