Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues using our CRM system and scripts.
- Accurately document customer interactions, account details, and actions taken in the support database.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or technical support teams when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Maintain a professional and positive tone during all customer interactions.
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions to improve performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
