- Identify upselling opportunities to enhance customer value and meet revenue goals.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve call handling times and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace (for remote candidates).
