Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately update and maintain customer account information in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to senior support.

Qualifications
