Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff as needed.
- Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications and typing (40+ wpm).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
