Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM software.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to resolve escalations.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate web-based applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to participate in our comprehensive paid training program.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
