Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints while maintaining a high first-call resolution rate.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate product information and guide customers through various service processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly KPI targets.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive team culture.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
