Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls per shift
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT)
- Document interactions in Salesforce database
- Collaborate with team on complex issues
- Adhere to PCI compliance protocols
- Participate in bi-weekly coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work Saturdays/Sundays 8am-8pm
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM)
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Previous customer service preferred
- Type 35+ WPM
- Pass background/drug screening
