Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound Calls: Answer high-volume customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with callers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Documentation: Accurately log call details and customer feedback into the CRM system.
- Compliance: Adhere to all call scripts, quality guidelines, and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily huddles and share best practices with team members.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
