- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls for customer inquiries, order processing, and technical support

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in typing (35+ WPM) and basic computer applications
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and occasional holidays
