Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls for Fortune 500 tech clients
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and technical precision
- Meet/exceed KPIs for call resolution time and satisfaction scores
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client data and communications
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year call center or customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced tech environments
- Flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Spanish bilingualism highly desirable
