- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed KPIs (call time, resolution rate)
- Document interactions in Salesforce
- Collaborate with supervisors for issue escalation
- Participate in daily team huddles
- Adhere to PCI compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, CRM)
