Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and account information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Accurately log customer interactions and transaction details into the CRM database.
- Identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding current promotions and company services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; prior call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
