Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a professional and friendly tone.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document customer interactions, account changes, and transaction details in the CRM system.
- Follow established scripts and guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
- Collaborate with team leads and support departments to escalate complex issues.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPI targets regarding call volume and handle time.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing 35+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidates.
