Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: professionally answer and resolve customer calls and emails regarding products and services.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Analyze customer feedback and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction scores.
- Follow Standard Procedures: Adhere to company scripts, policies, and quality assurance guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and account details into the CRM system.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that add value to the customer.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
