Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM tools
- Meet/exceed KPIs for call resolution (85%+) and customer satisfaction (4.5/5)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk systems
- Collaborate with weekend team leads to optimize service protocols
- Participate in quarterly weekend-only upskill workshops
Qualifications
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8 AM - 8 PM)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) and multitasking ability
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution training
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
