Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response time and CSAT
- Continuously update product knowledge through training modules
- Escalate critical issues to senior support specialists
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Minimum 50 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce)
- Strong written communication skills
