- Resolve technical issues for SaaS products using troubleshooting protocols
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support via internal chat tools for complex cases
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with precision and timeliness
- Proactively upsell premium features during support interactions
- Participate in daily shift huddles and performance reviews
- Maintain 24/7 availability for rotational weekend shifts
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in live chat or digital customer support
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Strong troubleshooting skills for software/hardware issues
- Fluent written English with professional communication style
- Ability to multitask across 3+ chat windows simultaneously
