Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat for a diverse client base.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets efficiently within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our CRM system to ensure continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of critical cases.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on support interactions to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while communicating with clients with varying technical expertise levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or call center environments is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
