Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve technical issues and product questions efficiently using troubleshooting guides.

- Collaborate with team leads to improve chat scripts and support processes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction scores meet or exceed company KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent written communication skills and grammar.
