Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that meet those needs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or call center environments is a plus.

- Fast typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple browser windows simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during high-volume periods.
