- Manage Customer Interactions: Respond to incoming chat inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and technical troubleshooting using provided resources.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and feedback into our CRM system to track issues and improve service.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency across all support channels.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that align with customer needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or chat support is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Skills: Strong written communication skills and a fast typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Tools: Basic proficiency with computer applications and CRM software.
