- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with empathy, professionalism, and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently in accordance with company policies.
- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and update account information.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through our training programs.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily KPIs and quality assurance standards.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent written communication skills and grammar proficiency.
- Typing speed of at least 35-40 WPM.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with web-based applications.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for immediate hires.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
