Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a focus on speed, accuracy, and empathy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to resolve product-related problems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Adhere to all company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support roles.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (40+ WPM required).
- Strong written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
