Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide exceptional live chat support to customers via various platforms, answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot technical difficulties and product-related issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Customer Retention: Build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling when appropriate.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company protocols, scripts, and compliance guidelines to ensure a professional customer experience.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate common customer feedback and product issues to the product management team to help improve our offerings.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Typing Speed: High typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and accuracy is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or chat support is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple software applications and browser tabs simultaneously.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as the support team operates 24/7.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
