Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
- Typing speed of at least 40-50 WPM.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
