As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-tier assistance. This is a Full-Time position requiring availability on weekends, with a competitive hourly rate and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure 24/7 coverage standards are met.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in onboarding new team members during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC.
