Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to answer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Provide accurate, empathetic, and timely solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist users effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to help improve service quality.
- Collaborate with the QA team to maintain high service standards.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support agents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with computers and standard software applications.
