Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in real-time via live chat to resolve product inquiries and technical issues.
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM to ensure efficient communication.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive tone in all written interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the internal database.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and propose solutions.
- Adhere to company guidelines, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to meet departmental goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal proficiency essential).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently during night hours (shifts typically start between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM).
- Strong keyboard skills and familiarity with chat software.
