Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via real-time chat platforms to resolve inquiries and technical issues.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive tone in all written communications.
- Accurately document customer interactions, solutions, and feedback in the CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support agents or technical teams.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent grammar and typing skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
