Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone in all written communications.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and service updates.

Qualifications
