As a Chat Support Agent, you will be the voice of our brand, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience during our peak evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Respond to customer chat messages in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a 95%+ satisfaction rating.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently using our CRM software and knowledge base.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, pricing, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Empathy & Tone: Interact with customers using a warm, professional, and empathetic tone to de-escalate situations.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback within the system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support or chat support is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Excellent written English skills with a focus on grammar, spelling, and clarity.
- Typing: Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
- Location: Must reside in the United States (San Antonio, TX, or Illinois).
