Responsibilities
- Engage with Customers: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat channels promptly and professionally.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems, answer questions, and provide accurate information to ensure satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions into the CRM system.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and support staff to ensure consistent service quality.
- Policy Adherence: Follow company protocols, scripts, and safety guidelines during every interaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or chat support is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shift schedules (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or similar).
- Skills: Excellent typing speed (40+ WPM) and strong written communication skills.
- Reliability: Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
