Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with empathy and efficiency.
- Assist customers with product troubleshooting and account management.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex issues.
- Upsell products/services where appropriate to meet team KPIs.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
