Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Fluency in English, including grammar and spelling.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and web-based software.
