Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as required.
- Escalate complex issues to team leads or supervisors when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly telephone manner.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple windows.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
