Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone in all communications.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex product issues.
- Upsell products and services to meet departmental sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or chat support is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Typing speed of at least 40-50 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
