Responsibilities
- Manage Chat Inquiries: Professionally respond to customer messages in real-time through our chat platform, maintaining a friendly and empathetic tone.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems, answer product-related questions, and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Issue Escalation: Identify complex issues that require further assistance and seamlessly transfer tickets to the appropriate department.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system to maintain detailed records.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company scripts and quality standards to ensure consistent brand representation across all interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve overall team performance.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some weekday evenings as required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support is preferred but not mandatory for immediate starters.
- Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a high degree of grammar proficiency and attention to detail.
- Typing Speed: A typing speed of 45+ WPM is required to handle high-volume chat queues effectively.
- Tools: Proficient in using computer software, CRM systems, and navigating multiple browser tabs simultaneously.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
