Responsibilities
- Engage with Customers: Respond to live chat inquiries professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner (within 30 seconds).
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose customer issues via text and provide step-by-step solutions or escalate complex cases to senior support agents.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to answer technical and non-technical questions confidently.
- Documentation: Accurately document all interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Customer Advocacy: Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate with team leads and other departments to ensure consistent service quality.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar, tone, and clarity.
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM (Words Per Minute).
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or sales is preferred.
- Reliability: Must be reliable, punctual, and available for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
