Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone in all written communications.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure fast response times and high customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior agents or management when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during every shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (40+ words per minute).
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection if working remotely.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on grammar and spelling.
