Responsibilities
- Provide real-time text-based customer support via chat platforms
- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and product questions
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction and response time metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to refine product knowledge
- Support multiple brands within our portfolio of services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Exceptional written communication skills (type 50+ WPM)
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Available for day/evening/weekend shifts
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Chat software experience (Intercom, Drift) preferred
