As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand, assisting clients through live chat channels with speed, accuracy, and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate to senior agents when needed.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score by ensuring every interaction is resolved to the client's satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure consistent service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent typing speed (40+ WPM) with high accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills and grammar proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
