Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory for our Hiring Event.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 35-40 WPM required for efficient chat handling.
- Reliability: Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
