Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support for SaaS product inquiries
- Resolve technical issues using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Maintain detailed customer interaction logs in Zendesk
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues
- Support product launches through proactive customer outreach
- Monitor chat queues with 15-second response SLA
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or chat-based roles
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms
- Exceptional written communication skills with 60+ WPM typing
- Experience with SaaS technical troubleshooting
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chats
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- Must be available for flexible shifts including weekends
- Austin residency required for in-office collaboration
