Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat within 30 seconds
- Resolve technical issues using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Maintain detailed case documentation in Zendesk
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex escalations
- Identify upsell opportunities during positive interactions
- Adhere to SLA metrics (90%+ satisfaction rating)
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience
- 60+ WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Gorgias or Intercom platforms
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 chat windows
- Quiet home office with high-speed internet
- Available to work evenings/weekends as needed
