Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time text-based customer support via chat platforms
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot software issues
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements
- Support 24/7 rotational schedule including weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or chat support experience
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar chat tools
- Exceptional written communication and typing speed (60+ WPM)
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
